STEWART & SCOTT. The store was once located at 410 Main Street in the Athenaeum Building.
The 1873-74 Dubuque City Directory listed 77 Main.
The 1874-1875 through 1878-79 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located at 419 Main.
In March 1874 the firm of Stewart and Scott was dissolved and a new Stewart and Scott was formed with the new "Scott" being an employee of the firm. (1)
