ROLLING, Theodore. (June 29, 1952--Dubuque, IA, April 9, 2018). A prominent business leader in Dubuque, Rolling was a member of the Iowa Rock 'n' Roll Music Association Hall of Fame. He donated hundreds of hours to the annual ROCK 'N' ROLL REWIND that raised money for Albrecht Acres.
