RIVER CITY CHURCH
RIVER CITY CHURCH. An Evangelical Free Church, River City Church was opened in Dubuque in March, 2018 at 90 Main Street in the former location of Everything Photography.
Co-pastors Brandon Pepin and Aaron Morrow, their families and several other families moved to Dubuque in 2016 and began meeting at the Best Western Plus. When the building became available, the decision to open the church was made.
