P. J. LEE HOUSE. In 1912 P. J. LEE was the president of CITIZENS' STATE BANK (THE). (1) Lots owned by him along Locust Street were purchased by the DUBUQUE COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT for the construction of CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL.
