NACHTMAN, Harold A. (Dubuque, IA-Dubuque, IA, July 9, 1980). A salesman for Firestone Tire and Rubber Company, Nachtman served as a counselor for the Fautsch Treatment Center at MERCY HEALTH CENTER. He belonged to the 330 Club of the DUBUQUE SHOOTING SOCIETY and was a special deputy for the Dubuque County Sheriffs Department.
