N. A. MILLS. The 1865 through 1868-69 Dubuque City Directory gave the address for this business, photographer, as the southeast corner of Main and 5th.
The 1870-1871 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business could be found at 125 Main.
The 1880 Dubuque City Directory listed him as a realtor at the northeast corner of 6th and Main.
The 1890-91 Dubuque City Directory listed 7th opposite the courthouse for a collection agency.
