MULGREW, Mary Louise Zugenbuehler. (Dubuque, IA, May 26, 1852--Dubuque, IA, Nov. 16, 1930). Mulgrew was one of the organizers of the Women's Catholic Order of Foresters. With other interested women, she organized several local courts of the Order including one, Mary Louise, named in her honor.
