In 2020 the Shot Tower was involved in one of the creative design promotions of McCullough Creative for KEYLINE. There was no Tilt the Tower campaign going on in Dubuque, but the audacious nature of the graphic was sure to catch the eye of drivers at the low cost of approximately $4 per 1,000 viewers. (69)

MCCULLOUGH GRAPHICS. McCullough Creative got its start in 1981 as Jack McCullough Graphic Design. Over the years, the graphics firm evolved and grew along with the technologies of the trade. McCullough Creative employees worked with clients from all across the country from its 17,000 square foot facility, providing everything from display and exhibit production to integrated marketing campaigns to all things eMedia. In 2020 on its 40th anniversary, McCullough Creative announced plans for the construction of a 16,000 square-foot facility in Tamarack Business Park near older facility at Ironwood Drive. The company officials reported plans to continue occupying the older building and to use the new area for extra room for production. When the announcement was made, company officials noted that the firm had twenty-seven workers and hope to add five more in the following year. (2)

The 1985 through 1987 Dubuque City Directory listed 601 Fischer Building.

The 1989 through 1993 Dubuque City Directory listed 890 Iowa Street.

The address in 2013 was 10446 Ironwood Drive.
