LYNN, Clarence. (Dubuque, IA, Nov. 25, 1885--Dubuque, IA, May 3, 1960). In 1924 with Drs. John B. HELES and Wayne A. JOHNSTON, Dr. Lynn founded MEDICAL ASSOCIATES CLINIC PC (THE) in Dubuque with eleven other physicians, specialists, and surgeons. At the time, Lynn had four years of medical practice in Dubuque.
