LOMBARDI-BARFELS, Patricia Ann. (Dubuque, IA, July 12, 1941--Bellevue, IA, Sept. 7, 2014). Patricia owned and operated Mr. Bill's located at the DUBUQUE MARINA INC. and Ms. Pat's, at the DUBUQUE YACHT BASIN, INC., both restaurants.
She studied art at CLARKE COLLEGE and was instrumental in helping to start the Art Council in Bellevue.
