KERPER, Ruth P.
KERPER, Ruth P. (Dawson, PA, Sept. 25, 1916---Dubuque, IA, Aug. 4, 2008). Kerper, the wife of Angelo KERPER, became the first female certified financial planner in Iowa in 1969 and worked as an employee of Baldwin & Company. (1) She was also a seasoned bowler who scored a 502 series in city bowling. (2)
She lived in Dubuque from 1944 to 1971 when she moved to Phoenix and served as Vice President of Prudential Securities, Phoenix. She returned to Dubuque in 2007. (3)
