J. J. PFIFFNER. The June 27, 1877 Dubuque Herald announced the recent opening of J. J. Pfiffner's grocery at the corner of Couler and 19th street. Purchases made at the store were delivered free of charge. (1)
According to the 1878-79 through 1880 Dubuque City Directory, this business was located at 1876 Couler Avenue.
