HAUBER, Everett A. (Manson, IA, May 28, 1915--Dubuque, IA,, Feb. 13, 1998). Hauber managed the NATIONAL TEA COMPANY before opening and operating the KNOTTY PINE MOTEL, the first motel to open in Dubuque. He later opened and operated the WEST PINE MOTEL and SADDLE CLUB and then the TERRACE MOTEL. Hauber began the REGAL LIMOUSINE SERVICE, the first of its kind in Dubuque. He was an independent real estate broker for 35 years.
