GRASHORN, Elroy. (Dubuque IA, Sept. 18, 1897--Dubuque, IA, Apr. 19, 1972). Grashorn, a barber on Eighth Avenue for many years, served as president and director of the Dubuque Leader Press. He was first vice-president of the State Journeymen and Barbers, secretary and business agent of the Barbers Local 429, and recording secretary of the Dubuque Trades and Labor Congress.
