GRANDVIEW PARK ADDITION. Platted in December, 1890 by William L. BRADLEY, Sr., RIDER, John Vincent, George G. PERRY, Joseph S. Morgan and the estate of John H. Lull, the 110 acres of the Randall farm had a frontage of 2,700 feet along Grandview Avenue and contained 600 lots. A park of ten acres one-half mile from Grandview Avenue was planned.
