CARR, RYDER, AND WHEELER COMPANY. The company officers included William Wyatt CARR, as president; William C. WHEELER, vice-president ; K. A. Engler, secretary, and Ernest M. DICKEY, treasurer.
The 1884-1885 and 1886-87 Dubuque City Directory listed the corner of 9th and Jackson.
