ARVANITIS, George K. (Konioitsa, Greece, Mar. 13, 1933--Dubuque, IA, Nov. 2, 2020) The son of Constantine and Dimitra Arvanitis, George married Martha Charalambos on December 1, 1957 in Chicago. She passed away on January 19, 1994. (1)

George owned and operated the popular BUSY BEE CAFE restaurant in Dubuque for 46 years. He was a long-time member of ST. ELIAS THE PROPHET GREEK ORTHODOX CHURCH.
