"LIGHT BULBS." Produced in 2004 by former Dubuque resident Tom Vandermillen, the short film captured the pastime of Ray "Harpo" Hutchison. Born partially blind, Hutchison's love of lights began with Christmas bulbs and grew to become a collection of thousands of light bulbs of every shape, size and color. The film played at film festivals nationwide and was shown in edited form on Iowa Public Television's "Living in Iowa."
