"SHSI Certificate of Recognition"

The State Historical Society of Iowa has awarded the 2009 Loren Horton Community History Award Certificate of Recognition for Outstanding Research and Publication to Dubuquers Randolph Lyon and Robert Reding for their work on Encyclopedia Dubuque.

This award recognizes projects which increase the awareness of and participation in Iowa history on a local level. For more information, see "Duo earns award for Encyclopedia Dubuque" (Telegraph Herald, June 15, 2009).
