KUNNERT'S SPORTS. In 1976, Kunnert's Sports was founded at Third and Locust STREETS by Pat and Bill Kunnert as a "one-stop" shop for sports apparel and equipment. The business also offered team uniforms and lettering, screen printing and trophy engraving.

The company, whose slogan was "The Champion's Choice," was listed as Kunnert's Sporting Goods Company (Division of Jaeger-Kunnert Company) at 302 Locust.

In early 2015 the sports store closed. In January, 2016 the announcement was made that the basement of the building would soon be reopened as DUNGEON LTD. (THE). (1)
