DUBUQUE TURBINE AND ROLLER MILL COMPANY (THE)
DUBUQUE TURBINE AND ROLLER MILL COMPANY (THE). Organized on November 21, 1891, the company elected its first officers: T. W. Graham, president; E. A. Engler, vice-president, and T. H. In February 1894 the company received its first order from outside the United States. The project was to manufacture all the machinery for a flouring mill in Mexico. The cost would be $2,500 and one man assigned to go to Mexico to assemble it. (2)
The 1899-1900 Dubuque City Directory listed the southwest corner of 9th and Washington.
