CRAWFORD COMPANY
CRAWFORD COMPANY. In December 2014, the Crawford Company opened an 8,000 square-foot facility at 14407 U. S. Highway 20, one mile west of Menards. The firm specialized in welding fabrication and heating, ventilation and air-conditioning services. The company also established contracts to monitor and update HVAC systems for companies in the Dubuque area.
The company had previously established itself in Rock Island, Illinois. Being hired by two major local clients in Dubuque made opening another site more efficient. In April 2015 the company had twelve full-time workers including office staff, shop employees and field workers.
