President, [[COTTINGHAM AND BUTLER, INC.]] A graduate of Columbia Academy, Butler attended Northwestern University before working for the Oak Park Trust and Savings Bank in Chicago.  He married Barbara Cottingham, the daughter of [[COTTINGHAM, John D.|John D.
