NAZI. The National Socialist Party. Led by Adolph Hitler during World War II, the Nazi Party had its Dubuque sympathizers. Frederick Wilhelm KALTENBACH was perhaps the best known. In 1989 purchasers of a home on Hill Street discovered a red, black, and white swastika, the symbol of the Nazi Party, tiled into the kitchen floor of their home.
