KOLCK, William R. (Dubuque, IA, Jan. 8, 1875--Chicago, IL,) Kolck was the eldest son of Richard Kolck, Sr. The two men were associated in business together until 1915 when William R. Kolck entered business for himself. His specialty was wholesale jewelry.
