JACKSON HOUSE. According to the 1857-1858 Dubuque City Directory, this business was located on the corner of Jackson and 12th.

The 1858-1859 Dubuque City Directory listed Couler Avenue between 19th and Eagle Point Avenue. A. Figy was the proprietor.
