MCCARTHY, Leo. ( --2006.). Recipient, FIRST CITIZEN AWARD. McCarthy was the 2005 recipient of the First Citizen Award. His list of civic contributions went far beyond his free pro-bono legal services as a member of the law firm of Reynolds & Kenline. He was an early supporter of the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque which honored him in 2008 by dedicating the Leo A. and Joy K. McCarthy Center for Nonprofits.
