VAN DUELMAN, Frank J. (Dubuque, IA--Dubuque, IA, Apr. 24, 1961). MAYOR. Van Duelman was employed at Morrison Brothers and was active in Dubuque labor circles. Past president of the Metal Trades and member of the City Council for twelve years, Van Duelman served on the city council for twelve years and served as mayor of Dubuque in 1941.
