STUBER, George P. (Dubuque, IA--Dubuque, IA, April 1961). Fraternal order officer. Stuber, employed at the local post office for thirty-three years, was a member of many Dubuque service organizations including the MASONIC LODGE. In 1923 he was elected to his eleventh consecutive term as grand trustee of the FRATERNAL ORDER OF ORIOLES, a national organization.
