KISTING, Andrew J. (Benton, WI, Mar. 1, 1909--Columbus, OH, Aug. 14, 1990). Attorney, certified public accountant, realtor. Kisting served on several boards including those of the Dubuque Realtors, Dubuque Cancer Society, DUBUQUE PACKING COMPANY, Girl Scouts, and Boy Scouts. He was also on the Tax Review Board of Dubuque County and the Small Business Association.
