WRIGHT, Spencer P. (Dubuque, IA--Dubuque, IA, Dec. 1, 1967). Musician. Wright, who had his own orchestra, played in the Community Band for many years and was an honorary life member of Musicians Local 289.
He also owned and operated the Avenue Tap and the Lux Tap.
