OLIVER & CRAGIN. The 1865 Dubuque City Directory through 1884-1885 Guide, Gazetteer and Directory of the Dubuque & Soux (sic) City Railroad stated that this business was located at the corner of 9th and Iowa.

The company in 1867 had a capital investment of $10,000 and had $14,000 in business. The company employed twelve men. (1)

By 1878 the firm was an agency for the Peerless Radiator Shaking Grate. (2)
