BANWORTH, George H. (Sherrill, IA, Jan. 7, 1929--Dubuque, IA, Jan. 19, 20. 2025) George was born on January 7, 1929 in Sherrill, Iowa the son of John and Clara (Jungblut) Banwarth.

George worked at the former DUBUQUE PACKING COMPANY before starting in the furniture business in 1956. He owned and operated BANWORTH AND UDELHOVEN FURNITURE WORLD for many years with his business partner "Hap" Udelhoven.
