JAMES RAYMOND. Once used to tow SPAULDING AND ROGERS FLOATING CIRCUS PALACE, the "James Raymond" entertained Dubuque residents on May 30, 1858. The boat contained the "Rialto," a concert saloon which provided dramatic performances, vaudeville, and minstrel entertainment.
