WENZEL, Julien. (Dubuque, IA, May 4, 1947--Iowa City, IA, Nov. 8, 2011). While attending WAHLERT CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL, Wenzel was active in River Trails Transit Lines, his parents' family business.

He founded WENZEL TOWING SERVICE in 1978 and established a partnership in the business with his wife, Pam, in 1996.
