SWINGIN' IN THE VINES. The original event was rained out in 2003, so the first event held on August 21, 2004 was the first. Sponsored by the Dubuque Rotary Club, the program held at Stone Cliff Winery featured F. Hunter FUERSTE and his American Vintage Orchestra.

In addition to dancing under the stars, visitors could tour the winery and purchase locally made wine as well as beer and soft drinks. Concessions were made available from HY VEE FOOD STORES. Proceeds went to ROTARY CLUB OF DUBUQUE projects.
