ComElec. ComElec Services, a fiber optics provider, was created in July 1988 in Iowa. We have been an Authorized Motorola Service Center since that time. We started with the Dubuque, IA office and expanded to Rockford, IL. We provide 24/7 service to Eastern Iowa, Southern Wisconsin, and Northern Illinois. We sell and service two-way radio communications equipment, microwave systems, video surveillance, 24/7 security monitoring, paging, mobile data, and Motorola Symbol in/outdoor wireless products.
