STEPHENSON, Karin
STEPHENSON, Karin. (Huron, SO- ). Stephenson assumed increasing responsibility in the area of real estate financing since coming to Dubuque in 1978. She served as real estate manager for DUPACO COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION and in 2008 began work for Premier Bank as a marketing assistant.
Among her civic responsibilities, she served two years as president of the Women's Council of Realtors; treasurer of the YOUNG WOMEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION (Y.W.C.A.); director on the Board of Realtors and the DUBUQUE GIRLS' CLUB; participated on the planning committee of the Women's Awareness Day; and maintained memberships in the Dubuque Mortgage Lenders and the Dubuque Credit Grantors.
Stephenson was twice named Realtor of the Year by the Women's Council of Realtors.
