CZIPAR'S ORCHARD. Located south of Dubuque along Highway 52, Czipar's Orchard was developed in the early 1940s by Joe and Katy Czipar. It was passed to Dick and Joan Czipar who operated it until 2012 when Steve and Shella Czipar became the new owners.

In addition to selling a large variety of apples, the business offers pies, apple cider, and preserves for sale. The fourth weekend of September is Czipar's Apple Festival with fresh apple cider samples, flea market, and games for the children.
