HARDIE INTERACTIVE. Developer of interactive multimedia. In August 1996, Hardie Interactive, once a division of Frank Hardie Advertising, became a limited liability company under separate ownership. Stephen F. Hardie, chairman and chief executive officer, was one of the owners along with Ernest T. Nedder. David Davenport, former senior vice-president of marketing for the Ertl Company, served as president and chief operating officer. The new company developed application for multimedia including computer-based training, electronic catalogs, and presentations.
