DELANEY, William E. (Dubuque, IA, July 29, 1925--Dubuque, IA, Aug. 13, 2010). Delaney worked twenty-five years for TRAUSCH BAKING COMPANY. He then worked at the Teamsters Local 421 for ten years as a business agent and later as the union president. He managed the American Legion Post 6 for ten years and served as commander for one of those years.
