FROMMELT, Cyril P. (Dubuque, IA--Dubuque, IA, Sept. 19,1981). Chairman of the board, FROMMELT INDUSTRIES INC. Frommelt, a member of the Archdiocesan Administrative Council, served on the board of regents of LORAS COLLEGE and the board of directors of AMERICAN TRUST AND SAVINGS BANK. It was Frommelt's invention of a welding shield and other safety devices that led to the development of the Frommelt Safety Division.
