NUTWOOD LIVERY. Incorporated in 1900, the company's founders were Henry Kelly, James Lyons, and C. W. Chapman. The company was the successor of T. J. CONLIN, business Kelly and Lyons had recently purchased.

The 1909 Dubuque City Directory gave the address as 1101 and 1473-1477 Clay.

The 1911-12 and the 1915 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located at 1473-1477 Clay.
