P. T. BARNUM'S GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH. The company first came to Dubuque in 1877. (1) The firm of REBMAN & HENION the order for one day's supplies in July 1880: 50 pounds of butter, 25 pounds of coffee, 5 pounds of tea, 100 pounds of sugar, 10 bushels of potatoes, 1 dozen beets, 1 pound of lettuce, 1 dozen onions, and 4 dozen cabbages. Contracts for bread and meats for employees and animals were awarded to other companies. (2)
