CENTER GROVE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT. Located in south-central Dubuque Township, over half of this four square mile district was annexed into the City of Dubuque in the late 1970s. The old brick school, located on Center Grove Drive just west of Cedar Cross Road, was torn down in the mid-1980s and replaced with a new office building.
