DUBUQUE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY. Capitalized at $50,000 in February 1893, the company was engaged in general contract work including grading, building sewers and paving. The officers were Matthew TSCHIRGI, Jr., president; Francis JAEGER, vice-president; E. W. Duncan, treasurer; and P. S. Webster, secretary.

As soon as it was announced, the company had a sewer contract for $10,000 in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
