KARIGAN, Andrew. (Messenia, Greece-Dubuque, IA, May 16, 1980). Restaurant owner. Karigan, in the restaurant business for forty years and founder of the popular Karigan's Restaurant, was one of the founders of SAINT ELIAS THE PROPHET GREEK ORTHODOX CHURCH.
