KIEFER, John G. (Pocahontas, IA-Dubuque, IA, Aug. 25, 1973). Kiefer was associated as an executive with the FEDERAL DISCOUNT CORPORATION for twenty-five years. He was also a director of DUBUQUE BANK AND TRUST COMPANY and a past president of the Iowa Consumer Finance Association.
