INCOMES FOR 1865. The following lists indicate the incomes for 1865 for people living in Dubuque County. The lists appeared in two issues of the Dubuque Herald (July 21, 1866, p. 4 and July 22, 1866, p. 4). The article stated that the lists showed the income of the person minus all deductions except for the $600 exemption.
