KEY CITY MILLS. The 1858-1859 through 1865 Dubuque City Directory listed Iowa between 2nd and 3rd. A. J. Goss was the proprietor.

In October 1864, A. L. Rowe of New York City purchased a half-interest in the mill for $10,000. (1)
